Review: This book does a great job explaining what exactly is wrong with all of the bars marketed to athletes (low-quality protein, tons of sugar) and then teaches you how to make your own. Best of all, the recipes look delicious. Banana Blondie Protein Pucks, Chocolate-Cherry Protein Brownies, Pecan Pie Bars- anyone else suddenly craving dessert? Our suggestion- get the book, round up a group of friends, and have a baking party so everyone goes home with a sampling of bars to try.
