Review: There are books you lend and books you don’t. This one you don’t, because the thought of it not returning is too much to bear. This particular book has an olive oil mayo recipe that is phenomenal- even for those that detest mayonnaise- and it is used as a base for a lot of sauces in the book. Besides the mayo, make sure you try the Deconstructed Gyro and Buffalo Chicken Salad.
