These yummy and secretly healthy dark chocolate cookies have your chocolate fix covered without any refined sugar, gluten, milk, butter or oils! Be sure to give them a try, they’re amazing!
Ingredients:
– 3/4 cup ripe avocado flesh
– 1/2 cup palm sugar
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 egg
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl and mash with a fork. Next add the palm sugar, egg, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Once your batter is smooth fold in the chocolate chips. Use two spoons to make little mounds on an oiled cookie sheet. I use coconut oil. Bake for ten minutes. Store them in a closed container in your fridge and enjoy!!
