Late-Night Meals
If you get killer cravings right before hitting the sheets consider changing your sleep patterns—especially if you’re a night owl. Try getting some extra Z’s each night. Not only will turning in early help ward off late night binges, it will also give you energy to power through your day without a sugary pick-me-up.
