In a blender, combine 2 bananas, 1 mango, 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of milk, 1 tbsp. honey, and1 tbsp. of lemon juice until smooth. Pour into containers, allowing room for expansion when frozen. Kale contains iron for cell growth and vitamin K that prevents cancer, and the vitamin A in mangos is good for eyesight.
Turkey Bacon To-Go Sandwich, via Undressed Skelton
Bake 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg with diced peppers in a nonstick greased muffin pan. Place 5 slices of low sodium, organic American cheese on 5 wheat English muffins along with at least 5 slices of cooked turkey bacon and the egg mix. Grill, wrap and freeze to microwave in the morning. Turkey bacon has less fat than pork bacon and organic ingredients are free of additives and preservatives.
Paleo Yogurt (a-like), via Meatified
Warm ½ cup of coconut milk in saucepan, stir in 2-3 tsp. of gelatin until smooth. Whisk in 1 ½ cups more of warm coconut milk with juice from 1 lime, and ½ tsp. of vanilla extract, then refrigerate overnight. In the morning, process in a food processor until creamy and eat immediately to avoid gelatin from re-setting. Coconut milk contains vitamins C and E for a strong immune system, magnesium for a healthy heart, and potassium for maintaining muscle tissue.
