Through the Club’s non-profit foundation, nearly $100,000 is contributed annually to local and international charities. Running with a Strong Foundation

If you were to build a house you would want to make sure the foundation is as strong as possible. It doesn’t matter how well the house is built upon a weak foundation – the house will eventually collapse. Well, your body isn’t much different. Athletes constantly put a tremendous amount of stress and strain on their bodies and many are unaware of the state of their foundation.

Come to Fit2Run in Naples where Thrive Chiropractic will be performing FREE computerized gait and postural analysis to identify any areas in your spine that might be limiting your ability to function at your best.
