Don’t just show up to work out, show up to work out as intensely as you can. CrossFit has the best results when exercises are done at a very high intensity.

“The sense of urgency really pushes them [clients] and it’s that level of intensity where people really see results,” Ashley says. “Intensity is king. It is what draws people to CrossFit; it’s what built our program” And when levels of intensity are challenged, according to Ashley, “that is where the magic happens.”
