Sweet Relish
Sweet relish has about 122 mg of sodium per tablespoon and the dill variety can have up to 450 mg per tablespoon. This shouldn’t come as much of a surprise since pickles are notoriously salty. Make it a point to choose a low-sodium relish when you want it, or make your own less-salty relish at home. Or, if you’re feeling especially adventurous, make your own zucchini relish.
